Thanks to everyone who helped us clean up the park last Saturday. At the cleanup, we picked up trash in and around the park; filled holes throughout the park; swept up dirt and leaves in and around the park; and spread mulch around the existing trees. We also took down the shed, which was falling apart due to people trying to break into it. Stay tuned—soon we will have a new shed.
Earth Day Clean-up 2023
We had a great showing at our Earth Day Clean-up. As always, we cleanup the dog poop and trash inside the park and on the surrounding blocks. And we continued to replace and repair the mesh on the fence around the park.

We Have a New Bench!
Did you notice the brand new, blue bench at the dog park this morning? Folks from 11th & Bark purchased it and installed it last night. If you want to donate to 11th & Bark so we can doo more things like this, you can donate here.
Earth Day 2022 Clean-up
Attendance was high at our April 23 Earth Day Clean-up. During this cleanup, we took apart the bench that was warped and used the leftover wood to cover up holes in fence. We also re-did the mesh around parameter of fence and added new plants in the bench flower boxes. See our before and after shots below.

Thanks for Helping at the June Park Clean-up
Thanks to everyone who came out today for the Quarterly Clean-up . We filled 9 bags with trash and debris. We also replaced the mesh on the fence to keep puppers in the park. And we also disposed of the tree boxes that somebody had removed for unknown reasons several weeks ago. The wood had started rotting, attracting rats and posed a safety concern for our doggies. Thanks also to our friends Georgia Ave Thrive for letting a us borrow the grabbers.
